Bay}rrook Professional Park-Medical Building
Dear Mr.Round:
In reference to the proposed Medical Building in the Baybrook Professional Park,we
have received a resubmittal from the applicant's engineer consisting of_
• Response letter dated June 21,2002
• Revised plan sheets SP-1 through SPA bearing a latest revision date of June
24,2002
• Proposed conditions drainage map.
The revisions shown in the resubmittal substantially address the comments made in
our previous letter. The one exception is the response to the wastewater disposal
alternative in the event that the public sewer is not extended up Bay Road in a timely
manner. The alternative plan proposed is to install a forcemain that would run
easterly towards Meadowbrook Road. We would request that details of that
particular option be made available if the Bay Road sewer extension does not come to
fruition.
