The applicant requests site plan review for the construction of a 2-story medical office building,see drawing. The
building foot print is 17,360 sq ft and the total leasable space is 33,920sq ft. The site will be similar to the Daycare center
across the street in regards to lighting and building style.The plans included a stormwater management report, lighting
detail,landscaping,and building layout. The building will not have direct access to Bay Road,there is an existing internal
access that will be utilized for access to the building. Staff does not identify an impact on County Resources. Staff
recommends NCI with the condition that the building will not have direct vehicular access to Bay Road.
