Dear Mr. Schermerhorn:
During a site plan inspection of your project, the following deficiencies were
discovered:
1) Crushed stone walks connecting Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 not built.
2) Play area and benches along crushed stone walk (Lot 2) not built.
3) Tennis court (Lot 4) not built (Note: deficiencies 1-3 were conditioned to
be completed by September 30, 2002 in resolution of SP9-2002).
4) Landscaping for Lots 4 and 5 not per plans. Typical planting plan around
all buildings called for 52 trees and shrubs per building. Only 33 trees and
shrubs per building were installed. Planting plan between buildings
different than that proposed and approved (number of individual trees OK).
Also, numerous barberry shrubs have died and need to be replaced.

6) No curbs installed around grassed island containing dumpster enclosure
in Lot 3.

9) Lot 3 landscaping missing: 2 white pines at 3-5' in height (WP2) at
northwest corner, 2 white firs next to dumpster enclosure found dead and
need to be replaced (for that location, blue spruce (CP1 and CP2) were
proposed; however, white fir will be allowed as a suitable replacement), 4
dwarf lilacs (D) not installed behind dumpster enclosure (2 spirea found
installed, one in poor shape) (4 healthy spirea will be allowed as a suitable
replacement), 2 praire fire crabapples (PF) missing in front of Building C.

Note: Norway spruce installed as street trees will be allowed as a suitable
replacement for approved sugar maples, and little-leaf lindens planted in
place of approved green ashes will be allowed as suitable replacement.
