The project work triggers a variance for the cabana that was constructed without approvals - the survey indicates a 6.2 ft from the shoreline where a 50 ft setback is required.. Site Plan review is required for 179-3-040 waterfront area work, 179-4-010 filling, 179-6-050 Shoreline, 179-6-060 Slopes/ cut activities, 179-8-040 Shoreline Buffer. Items to be updated or provided: 1) page 1 project description is needed. 2) page 2 site data -hard surfacing data needs to be reflected in data and on the plan. There are areas of hard surfacing being replaced with permeable block pavers, new areas with permeable block pavers, areas with new pea gravel (this has previous been discussed as new hard surfacing), new hot tub area, natural stone steps, retaining wall surface.
