RESOLUTION APPOINTING JACKSON LASARSO AND BRADY STARK
AS ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
RESOLUTION NO. 194, 2021

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Harrison Freer
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Zoning
Board of Appeals in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, two (2) vacancies for alternate member positions exist on the Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to appoint Jackson LaSarso and Brady Stark as alternate
members of the Zoning Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Jackson LaSarso and Brady
Stark to serve as alternate members of the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals, such terms to expire
