The current wharf is located four feet from the , . extension of -the applicant's northern boundary line and 'eight feet from the wharf of the ..property owner (Noonan)`_ to the north. This location impairs navigation and reasonable access ,to the app-licant's and Noonan's--wharfs. _. The proposed new wharf would be located in the middle of the applicant's lake frontage so as to remove this interference and enhance the safety and welfare of persons using the applicant's and Noonan's wharfs.
