Staff Notes FILE COPY TOWN OF QUEENSBURY PLANNING OFFICE NOTE TO FILE APPLICATION NUMBER: Site Plan No. 52-95 APPLICANT'S NAME: TOP OF THE WORLD AUTO BODY MEETING DATE: October 17, 1995 The proposed addition will have little affect on the visual impact of the structure on the site. The addition is on the rear of the existing building and the resultant structure is well below the allowable density for the lot. The addition should have no impact on stormwater runoff since the area of construction is nonpermeable at this time. The current parking facilities appear to be adequate to handle the additional building area. An issue related to parking is the storage of damaged vehicles in the front of the building. Because the addition will be occupying an area previously used for parking, the Board should be sure that this will not mean more damaged vehicles will be stored in the front of the building. If the storage of damaged vehicles in the front of the building is a necessity some vegetative screening should be provided.
