RELATIVE TO: D-6 WAIVER REQUEST
A waiver is requested to substitute the November 2, 2006 Survey performed by
Van Dusen & Steves Land Surveyors (Sheet S-1) for the “Current Survey” requested.
There have been no changes to the outlines or footprints of any buildings or paved
building completed in March of 2021 as described in Sheet S-1-B.
