Survey Waiver Request & DecisionPage 15 RELATIVE TO: D-6 WAIVER REQUEST A waiver is requested to substitute the November 2, 2006 Survey performed by Van Dusen & Steves Land Surveyors (Sheet S-1) for the “Current Survey” requested. There have been no changes to the outlines or footprints of any buildings or paved building completed in March of 2021 as described in Sheet S-1-B. the 2006 survey also in the ownership of the border (former lands of Prime) which now NOMINEE TRUST along with the 10.31 acre surfaces on this property since the 2006 survey except for replacement garage A “current” survey would differ from 2.63 acre property along our Northern is also owned by the 38 HILAND DRIVE property of 38 Hiland Drive increasing the overall effective lot size to nearly 13 acres.
