RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CLOSURE OF
EMS STUDY CAPITAL PROJECT FUND #230
RESOLUTION NO.: 211, 2021

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. George Ferone
WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No.: 257, 2019, the Queensbury Town
Board authorized establishment of EMS Study Capital Project Fund #230, and
WHEREAS, the Town’s Accountant has advised that the Project is complete and the
Town’s accounting records show that no moneys remain in Capital Project Fund #230, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to close this Capital Project Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town
Budget Officer to close EMS Study Capital Project Fund #230, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer and to take such other and further action as may be necessary to
effectuate all terms of this Resolution.
