RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UPGRADE OF
TOWN COMPUTER SOFTWARE SECURITY LICENSES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to authorize an upgrade in the Town’s
computer software security licenses and the corresponding monthly subscription increase from $236
per license to $1,188 per license in accordance with StoredTech’s Quote Number STSQ14306 dated
June 16, 2021,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes an upgrade in the Town’s
computer software security licenses and the corresponding monthly subscription increase from $236
per license to $1,188 per license in accordance with StoredTech’s Quote Number STSQ14306 dated
June 16, 2021, to be paid for from such accounts as deemed acceptable to the Town Budget Officer,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
