Dear Sir/Ma'am:
This letter is to inform.you that we inspected the completed septic.system for the house at 12
Quincy Lane (Lot#15) in the Quincy Lane Subdivision on January 25, 2005.
The septic system as installed was for a three'bedroom house and consisted of a 1,250 gallon
septic tank and 144 lineal feet of absorption trench constructed with stone and perforated pipe.
The system conforms to the requirements of the approved subdivision design drawings.

Swimming Pools:
[ ] All heated swimming pools must have an on/off heater switch and require a cover unless over 20%

Heating and Cooling Piping Insulation:
