WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills

presented as Warrants with run dates of June 30, 2011 and July 7, 2011 and respective payment

dates of June 30, 2011 and July 12, 2011,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with the run

dates of June 30, 2011 and July 7, 2011 and payment dates of June 30, 2011 and July 12, 2011
totaling $120,620.00 and $353,405.78, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
