Included in the revised documents submitted to VISION were; response letter with attachments from Bergmann Associates dated August 15, 2008, revised SWPPP, and a revised set of site plan drawings. Based on my review, I offer you the following comments: (previous outstanding comments with new comments in bold text) 7.Dwg C-1.1; The County right-of-way should be shown on the plans. The sidewalk proposed along Quaker Road may require county approval. Coordination with local, county, and/or state The Applicant agencies will be required for the sidewalk location and future maintenance. has indicated they would comply with either recommendation of the Planning Board to install or not install the sidewalk.
