AND FRESHWATER WETLANDS 1-2008 FOR THE VMJR COMPANIES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION:

WHEREAS, in connection with the VMJR Companies project, the Town of Queensbury Planning Board, by
resolution, previously authorized the Community Development office to notify other involved agencies of
the desire of the Planning Board to conduct a coordinated SEQRA review, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator has advised that other involved agencies have been notified and
have consented to the Town of Queensbury Planning Board being lead agent, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Town of Queensbury Planning Board hereby recognizes itself
as lead agent for purposes of SEQRA review according to the resolution prepared by Staff.
