The applicant is seeking site plan approval to allow a transient
merchant market at the Dexter shoe location on Route 9 . - The
applicant plans to use a portion of the parking area to display
motorcycles. This display is planned to happen from June 3 and
June 7 during Americade.
The parking requirement for the Dexter Shoe store is 33 spaces
based on their building square footage. The site will have 77
spaces available during the time of the proposed transient merchant
market. The amount of parking provided will be well within what is
required by the Zoning Ordinance.
There may be some concern with traffic circulation in the area of
the proposed display area. The display area will create two dead
end aisles of parking on this site. The Planning Board should
consider any alternative locations for the display area which will
reduce any traffic circulation difficulties .

. day of May 1997 the above application for a site Plan Review to display 3
wheel conversions for motorcycles
was reviewed, and the following
action was taken. Recommendation to:

Comments:
It is the policy of the Warren County Planning Board to foilowthe p"wedurft of the New York State
General Municipal Law,Section 239-M,with regard to Municipal Zoning actions that ere referred to and
reported thereon. The following are procedural requirements that must be adhered to:
1.)The Warren County Planning Board shall report its reconwmK afions to the referring municipal
agency,accompanied by a full statement for such actions_ Woo action is taken wdhi n thirty(30)
days or agreed upon time,the municipal agency may actwittiratsudr report
2.)If the recommendation is for disapproval of the proposal,or moaxafion thereof,the municipal
agency shall not ad contrary to such action except by a vote of a majority plus one of all the
members thereof and after the adoption of a resolution Aft selling forth the reasons for such
contrary actions.
3.)Within seven M days after the final action by the mrmicdpai agency having jurisdiction on the
recommendations,modifications or disapproval of a referred mailer,such municipality agency shall
file a report with the Warren County Planning Board on the necessary form.
