WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills

presented as Warrants with run dates of July 15 and July 21, 2011 and respective payment dates

of July 15 and July 26, 2011,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with the run
thstthth
dates of July 15 and July 21, 2011 and payment dates of July 15 and July 26, 2011 totaling
$101,042.08 and $901,962.35, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
