We have determined that the garagestructure we are proposing to replace is closer than 75' to an
adjacent wetland. We had the adjacent wetland flagged and surveyed, and it was determined that
the building is 62.5 feet from the wetland. As such, a variance will.also be required for shoreline
(wetland) setback.
