WARRANTS: 07292021 AND 08102021

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants: 07292021 and 08102021 with run dates of 07/29/2021 and 08/05/2021 and
payment dates of 07/29/2021 and 08/10/2021,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants: 07292021 and 08102021 with run dates of 07/29/2021 and 08/05/2021 and
payment dates of 07/29/2021 and 08/10/2021 totaling $378,917.03 and $355,269.91 respectively,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
