RESOLUTION APPOINTING ROBERT MOREHOUSE AND
WILLIAM NEVILLE AS PART-TIME SCHOOL CROSSING GUARDS

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, two (2) part-time School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) positions exist within the
Town of Queensbury and the Town Board wishes to make appointments to such positions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Robert Morehouse and William
Neville as Part Time School Crossing Guards to work according to the Queensbury Union Free School
District’s calendar/schedule, effective on or about September 1, 2021 at the current rate of pay for the
position(s), subject to the Town successfully completing background checks as reasonably necessary
to judge fitness for the duties for which hired and/or drug and/or alcohol screening, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Budget Officer to complete any forms and take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
