The proposed project requires the following variances: • Parcel Size - the proposed west lot is 1.59 acres in RR3A zone instead of required 3 acres • Lot Width — 166' relief is requested (234' is existing instead of required 400') • Renovation of existing non-conforming home with no expansion Enclosed please find 15 submission packages for each board including signed applications, deed, photos of east and west parcels, survey, and engineering plans.
