Dear Board Members:
This office represents Streck's Inc. with respect to subdividing the 19.36 acre parcel into two lots
separated by Ridge Road and variances to make renovations to the existing residence.
The proposed project requires the following variances:
• Parcel Size - the proposed west lot is 1.59 acres in RR3A zone instead of required 3
acres
• Lot Width — 166' relief is requested (234' is existing instead of required 400')
• Renovation of existing non-conforming home with no expansion
Enclosed please find 15 submission packages for each board including signed applications,
deed, photos of east and west parcels, survey, and engineering plans. We respectfully request
