DAIGLE, residing at 84 Tunnel Lane, Willsboro, New York 12996, party of the first part,
and STRECKS, INC., a New York corporation and having its principal office 800 First
Street, Watervliet, New.York 12189, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, the party of the first part, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR($1.00)
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the
party of the con rt, does hereby r n d release unto the party of the second part,
it's successor and assigns forever,
ALL THOSE TRACTS OR PARCELS OF LAND, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Queensbury, Warren County, New York, as shown as a 17.7+ acres lot
and a 1.66+ acres lot on a map prepared by D.L.Dickinson Associates entitled
"Map for Stanley J. Miller"dated June 13, 1998 and revised September 5, 2014 and
filed in the Warren County Clerk's Office on October 7, 2014 as Instrument Number

The above described premises is identified as Tax Map Number 253.3-1-32.1.
SUBJECT to easements, covenants and restrictions of record, if any.
BEING a portion of the premises described in a deed from Michael E. Stafford, as
Successor Trustee of the Stanley J. Miller Trust Agreement dated May 20, 1986 as
Amended by Agreement dated February 22, 2007 to Lisa A. Daigle, said deed
dated September 30, 2014 and recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office on
October 10, 2014 in Book 5052 at page 315.
