The Minutes of the November 20, 1984 meeting were approved as written.
SUBDIVISIONS:
Pheasant Walk Subdivision No. 8-84, Section 1 (13 lots) Peggy Ann Road
VanDusen & Steves, Surveyors
Leon Steves present. This subdivision has already received conceptual approval. Drainage was
major consideration at that time. Lot sizes conform, soils are generally sandy. They have Town
water. Public Hearing will be held at later date at which time they will submit storm drainage
plan and approvals from Health, Highway and Water departments before receiving final approval.
Mr. Sorlin offered motion for preliminary approval, seconded by Mr. Macri. Motion carried unani-
mously.
RESOL VED: Preliminary approval granted.
Edward Howe, Subdivision No. 9-84, 43 acres Potter Road
VanDusen & Steves, Surveyors
Leon Steves present. The smallest lot will be 21,000 sq. ft. Lots will be buffered to brook 100
to 150 ft. It was determined that the Planning Board, through the Building and Zoning office
would contact the City of Glens Falls and make them aware of this subdivision before pre-
liminaryapproval. Mrs. Mann offered motion for conceptual approval, seconded by Mr. Dybas.
Motion carried unanimously.
RESOL VED: Conceptual approval granted.
NEW BUSINESS:
Site Plan Review No. 26-84 - Loren Bartholomew - east side Route 9, north Rte. 149.
Withdrawn
Meeting adjourned - the Board continued with a Workshop session.
Mr. Sorlin read letter from Lake George Park Commission requesting more communication
regarding subdivisions. Mr. Roberts said the Board would try to accede to their wishes.
