Tax Map Number: 239.12-2-15 ZBA Meeting Date: September 29, 2021 The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Queensbury has received an application from David Hartmann. Applicant proposes to remove 1,513.2 sq. ft. building to construct a 1,771.5 sq. ft. (footprint) home with a floor area of 3,474.5 sq. ft. Project includes sitework for stormwater, landscaping, and septic. Site plan for new floor area and project within 50 ft. of 15% slopes. Relief requested for setback, height, and floor area.
