that the neighbor has of the lake, and would be a detriment to th
neighborhood. I think there are alternative locations on thi M 2
property where they could build a garage. The relief i 0 m
substantial relative to the Ordinance. The applicant is seeking 2 = o
feet of rear yard setback relief and 10 feet of side yard setbac y m
relief, and as I've already said, it appears that the propose m z i
garage would have a negative impact on the surroundin < p v
neighborhood. The difficulty would, in my mind, be self create m
