I have the appropriate insurance information and a map of the course showing'County and Town roads involved attached. The course being used this year is the same course as used for the Rotary 5K races. We have permission from the Collage to proceed with the this event, while following whatever safety protocols they may have in place at that time. Our contact at the College is Sarah LeRoux, Events Coordinator. I have also attached information on the organization benefitting from this event. Please get back to me with any questions.
