Dear Mr. Brown:
The Town of Queensbury Planning Board at their April 30, 2019 meeting granted site plan approval for
the 894 NYS Route 9 Site Amendment project proposed by Faden Enterprises, Inc. The applicant has
recently completed the construction of the proposed facility.
During construction,the applicant provided building mounted wall pack lighting which varied from the
final approved site plan. Lansing Engineering has updated the Lighting Plan to include the newly installed
building mounted wall pack lighting. The updated lighting plan demonstrates that the lighting levels
throughout the project site in the developed conditions are consistent with the approved site plan.
Faden Enterprises, Inc. respectfully requests that the proposed site amendment application be placed on
the next available Planning Board agenda for review and approval consideration. If additional information
