MINUTES OF MEETING
JUNE 2, 1998
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Recreation Commission of the Town of
Queensbury scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 2, 1998 at the Queensbury Town
Office Building (TOB), Queensbury, New York.
At approximately 3:30 p.m. today, Chairman Simmonds and the director decided,
because of the lack of a quorum (phone calls previously received), that the Recreation
Commission meeting scheduled for later that evening, would have to be canceled. All
commissioners/ad hoc board members were advised by phone and the director was
present at 7:00 p.m. at the TOB to inform any of the public who might be waiting.
The next scheduled meeting will be held on July 7, 1998, beginning at 7:00, at a park
site yet to be determined.
