WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Board
of Assessment Review in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, Jack Perna recently resigned from the Town's Board of Assessment Review and
the Town Board therefore wishes to appoint Stephen Borgos to complete Mr. Perna's unexpired term
of office,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Stephen Borgos to serve as a
member of the Town of Queensbury Board of Assessment Review with his term to expire September
30 `, 2013 in accordance with New York State Real Property Tax Law §523.
