TO CARRY OVER UNUSED VACATION TIME

WHEREAS, Simone Ramsey, Department of Parks and Recreation's Senior Typist, has
accumulated four (4) vacation days that she will be unable to use before December 31St, 2011 and
therefore the Parks and Recreation Director has requested that the Town Board authorize the carry-
over of Ms. Ramsey's vacation days beyond December 31St, 2011, and
WHEREAS, Craig Brown, Code Compliance Officer/Zoning Administrator, has accumulated
seven (7) vacation days that he will be unable to use before December 31St, 2011 and has therefore
requested Town Board approval to carry over such time beyond December 31St, 2011, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve such requests with the understanding that
such approvals shall not be considered as a precedent for approval of any future requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Simone Ramsey to carry
over four (4) vacation days beyond December 31St, 2011 such time to be utilized on January 3rd — 6th,
2012, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes Craig Brown to carry over up to seven
(7)vacation days beyond December 31St, 2011, such time to be used by December 31St, 2012, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Parks and
Recreation Director, Code Compliance Officer/Zoning Administrator and/or Town Budget Officer to
take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
