Smart-Wash of Queensbury
Tax Map Parcel: 303.15-1-12
Dear Mr. Greenough:
I am writing you in response to my review of the application and plans submitted to this
office relative .to the above-referenced project and to document your conversations with
Laura Moore of my office regarding the same.
I have reviewed the plans and find that the project will require a Sign Variance from our
Zoning Board of Appeals. Specifically, a Sign Variance is required as your proposal calls for
installation of a sign that would be in excess of the allowable size for a wall sign per the .
Town Sign Ordinance.
I understand that you have submitted the necessary application materials, as such; this letter
will serve as the necessary denial letter for the processing of your papers. Should you have
any questions or comments regarding your application please do not hesitate to contact this
office.
Sincerely,
Craig Brown
