WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy for an alternate position exists on the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board interviewed candidates and wishes to appoint George Ferone
as such member,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints George Ferone to serve as
an alternate member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term expires on December 31 ,
2018.
Duly adopted this 6th day of February, 2012, by the following vote:
