RESOLUTION—TOWN BOARD LEAD AGENCY STATUS
QUEENSBURY MASONIC HISTORICAL SOCIETY
Whereas the Queensbury Masonic Historical Society(QMHS) submitted a zoning change application to the
Queensbury Town Clerk's office on or about July 30, 2021 to allow for the addition of day-care center as an
allowable use by Site Plan review in the Neighborhood Residential Zoning District,
MOTION TO CONSENT TO THE QUEENSBURY TOWN BOARD AS THE LEAD AGENCY FOR
CHANGE OF ZONE FOR THE QUEENSBURY MASONIC HISTORICAL SOCIETY. Introduced
by David Deeb, who moved for its adoption;
Motion seconded by Michael Dixon. Duly adopted this 21St day of September, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: Mr. Shafer, Mr. Hunsinger, Mr. Magowan, Mr. Dixon, Mr. Deeb,Ms. White, Mr. Traver
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: Mr. Valentine
MOTION TO PROVIDE A POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION FOR CHANGE OF ZONE FOR THE
QUEENSBURY MASONIC HISTORICAL SOCIETY. Introduced by David Deeb, who moved for its
adoption;
With the condition of a minimum lot size of two acres.
Motion seconded by Brad Magowan. Duly adopted this 21"day of September 2021 by the following vote:
