Draft Resolution_ PB Recommendation to ZBA TOWN OF QUEENSBURY Community Development Office 742 Bay Road, Queensbury, NY 12804-5902 Town of Queensbury Planning Board Planning Board Recommendation to Zoning Board of Appeals Use Variance 4-2012 & Site Plan 7-2012 Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless Tax Map ID 295.6-1-1 The applicant has submitted an application for the following: Site Plan: Applicant proposes a new 120’ monopole Telecommunications Tower. Telecommunication Towers in a RR zone requires Planning Board review and approval. Use Variance: Relief from use requirements of the RR-5A zone. Planning Board shall provide a written recommendation to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
