SUBDIVISION NO. 1-2011 PRELIMINARY STAGE AND FRESHWATER WETLANDS PERMIT NO. 1-2011 FOR
VMJR COMPANIES, Introduced by Donald Krebs who moved for its adoption, seconded by David Deeb:
With the following condition:
1.No construction of any buildings within the subdivisions can start until the road to the Queensbury Avenue is
completed.
