The Chazen Companies (Chazen) as received the latest submission package for the Perkins Recycling
Facility. The Applicant intends to modify an existing Special Use Permit t
2011. Based on our review of the information provided, Chazen offers the following comment for the
Towns consideration:
Stormwater Management & Erosion and Sediment Control:
1.In response to Comment 2 of Chazens January 11, 2011, comment ltates
that the trailer parking spaces along the south edge of the property h
10ft to provide more adequate maneuvering room. As previously noted, the Applicant shall install
silt fence at the limits of the gravel parking lot expansion. The location of silt fence shall be
indicated on the plan with a note indicating that silt fence is to be installed at the
construction and maintained until completion.
Conclusions and Recommendations
Based upon our review, all technical comments offered have been addressed to our satisfaction, pending
the completion of the above item.
