RESOLUTION TO APPROVE EXTENSION SITE PLAN 74-2010 HUDSON RIVER LDC
A site plan application has been made to the Queensbury Planning Board for the following: Applicant proposes a 25,000 +/-
sq. ft. building for use as an office/warehouse/manufacturing facility. Office/warehouse/manufacturing facility in a CLI zone
requires Planning Board review and approval; and
The application was approved on 2/15/2011; and
The applicant is requesting an extension, therefore let it be resolved -
MOTION TO APPROVE EXTENSION REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN NO. 75-2010 HUDSON RIVER LDC TO JANUARY 17,
