RESOLUTION APPOINTING WARREN LONGACKER AND
JOHN MOLLOY AS MEMBERS OF TOWN PLANNING BOARD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, (2) vacancies for full-time positions exist on the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to appoint Warren Longacker and John Molloy to fill
the unexpired terms of two previous full-time members,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Warren Longacker and
John Molloy to serve as full-time members of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term(s)
expire as follows:
1) Warren Longacker – term to expire as of December 31, 2023;
2) John Molloy – term to expire as of December 31, 2022.
