RECREATION JENNIFER BAERTSCHI-FRANCE TO
CARRY OVER UNUSED VACATION TIME

WHEREAS, Town of Queensbury’s Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation Jennifer
Baertschi-France has accumulated ten (10) vacation days that she will be unable to use before

December 31, 2021 and has therefore requested Town Board approval to carry over up to ten (10)
st
days of vacation time beyond December 31, 2021, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended approval of this request
and therefore the Town Board wishes to approve it with the understanding that such approval shall not
be considered as a precedent for approval of any future requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Jennifer Baertschi-France to

carry over up to ten (10) vacation days beyond December 31, 2021, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Director of
Parks and Recreation and/or Town Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the
terms of this Resolution.
