RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF
AGREEMENT WITH STILSING ELECTRIC, INC. FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNAL REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 332,2020, the Queensbury Town Board authorized
engagement of Stilsing Electric, Inc., for traffic signal repair and maintenance services for an initial one
(1) year period with up to four (4) one-year extensions at the Town’s discretion as delineated in
Stilsing Electric, Inc.’s, Facilities Maintenance/Services Agreement (Agreement) presented at this
meeting, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize a one (1) year extension of its Agreement
with Stilsing Electric, Inc., and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs engagement of
Stilsing Electric, Inc., for traffic signal repair and maintenance services for an additional one (1) year
period as set forth in Stilsing Electric, Inc.’s, Facilities Maintenance/Services Agreement delineated in
the preambles of this Resolution, to be paid for from Traffic Control Equipment Repairs Account
No.: 001-3310-4800, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute any further documentation, and the Town Supervisor, Highway Superintendent and/or Town
Budget Officer to take such other and further actions as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
