The following comments are based on plan review of submittals, dated
2/10/2012:
1) Identified 10” wide fire lane shall be maintained as such and be
maintained as required to support the imposing load of fire
apparatus
2) (2) fire hydrants on the property shall be properly maintained and
inspected. Both of these units are candidates for replacement.
3) Due to the expanded use of the property, provisions shall be made
for grounds maintenance so emergency service vehicles are not
impeded.
