Draft Resolution PB Recommendation Town of Queensbury Community Development Office 742 Bay Road, Queensbury, NY 12804-5902 Town of Queensbury Planning Board Planning Board Recommendation to Zoning Board of Appeals Subdivision 8-2008-Modification & Area Variance 10-2012 CHRISTINE MOZAL & DONALD MARSHALL The applicant has submitted an application for the following: Subdivision: Applicant proposes a lot line adjustment involving a total of 3 lots of which two lots are associated with a previously approved subdivision. Modification to a previously approved subdivision requires Planning Board review and approval.
