The home is two story with an attached garage. The project includes a covered walkway from the home to the proposed adjoining home. Site work includes stormwater management with a rain garden, new site plantings, new septic and new line for drinking water. The project is subject to site plan for new floor area in a cea and hard surfacing within 50 ft of the shoreline. Area variance for side yard setback where the building is to be 10 ft from the north property line where a 20 ft setback is required, variance for covered walkway side setback where 0 ft is proposed and 20 ft is required. Permeability relief requested where 72% is proposed and 75% is required. Floor area relief requested where 3,741 sq ft is proposed and 3,212 sq ft is the maximum allowed. Relief requested for access from adjoining lot - direct access to the road is not from lot.
