NO - Its beneficial to eliminate a curb-cut and the guest house size and location are appropriate for the lot size and configuration. NO - The shared driveway benefits the neighborhood by eliminating a curb-cut. The side yard setback is to connect the guest house with a covered walkway to the main house. NO - The shared driveway is a help and the compliant stormwater management and sanitary holding tank are also positive. The proposed house location only affects the main house property. YES - Due to the applicants desire to have a covered walkway, however the impact is minimal. X
