The work would be done in accordance with our 2022 General Services Agreement. The desktop evaluation would generally include the following tasks with the assumption that a new well source would need to yield approximately 50 GPM for its intended purpose of serving only the immediate Jenkinsville area: • Review and evaluate geologic mapping and studies within the study area • Interview local water well drillers to determine potential aquifers in relative close proximity to Jenkinsville not influenced by the areas containing the local landfills • Locate an appropriate watershed for installation of two new wells with a safe yield of at least 50 GPM • Identification of the land area that would need to be purchased for establishing the well field with the necessary setbacks • Develop budget level cost estimates for the following items: ➢ Completion of an initial investigation to define the subsurface conditions, installation of monitoring wells, and for well design ➢ Drilling and installing a test well, constructed to production well standards ➢ Performing a pumping test of new well including a full Part 5 analysis plus emerging contaminants ➢ Preparing a Hydrogeologic Report ➢ Creation of a new water district ➢ Purchase of land, securing easements as needed ➢ Engineer's design and report for approval of the system Civil Engineering • Environmental Services • Survey Services .
