The shed is located on the south west corner of the building closest to the sidewalk. The applicant has indicated the shed will have siding and trim to match the existing main structure. The storage building would be accessed from the current sidewalk. There are no other site changes proposed including stormwater management as the applicant has indicated there are no changes. The drawing shows the location of the proposed shed and the existing site layout for the building,sidewalks,parking,and other site details. SUMMARY The applicant has completed a site plan application for the placement of a 14 ft. by 28 ft. wide shed near the south west corner of the existing building.
