Rive4 in the We~t Gten~ Falt~ a4ea. M4. Fa4nan explained that at
thi~ time, the ~ale On the p~ope4ty wa~ ext~emely unlikely due to
po~~ible 6utu~e ~e by Niag4a Mohawk. Howeve~, the po~~ibility 06
lea~ing thi~ p~ope~ty wa~ ~ugge~ted by M~. Fa4nan a~ an atte~native,
and thi~ wa~ ~etayed to the Commi~~ion. Following ftu4the~ di~~u~~ion,
the Vi4e~to~ w~ in~t~u~ted to d~a~t a lette~ on behat6 o~ the
commi~~ion to M~. Fa~nan to dete4mine the po~~ibility On lea~ing the
p~ope~ty and what the pa4ti~ula~~ Oft ~u~h a lea~e might be. The
Vi4e~to~ wilt initiate ~onta~t with M~. Fa~nan and ~epo~t ba~k at
the next meeting.

and ~on~ide~ng the need ft04 ne¿ghbo~hood pa4k~ and playg~ound~, it
wa~ the Vi4e~t04t~ opinion that pa~~el '6, to~ated on Rhode I~land
Avenue, in the We~t Glen~ Fatl~ a~ea wa~ the mo~t ~uitable a~ea in
te~m~ o~ ~ize and lo~ation. Howeve4, the We~t Gten~ Fall~ Fi~e
Station i~ lo~azed ne4&by and h~ av~lable ~pa~e and fta~ilitie~
ft04 a ~umme~ playg~ound. Thi~ alte4native ~houtd be inve~tigated
6e~0~e a ftinal de~i~ion on the pu~~ha~e o~ pa4~el '6 i~ made.
