Dear Mr. Brown:
The Chazen Companies (Chazen) has received the latest submission technical comments
offered by Chazen on February 10, 2012. The Applicant has indicated that a waiver will be requested
from the post-development runoff requirements. Due to the highly permeable so-site and the
negligible increase in stormwater runoff, Chazen would not take acceptance to the Planning Board
granting said waiver. Pending a final decision on this matter, a
