Concerning the FAA submittal documents, light poles placed at an elevation of 345 have been reviewed according to the Aeronautical Study. Clarification of the specific location should be forthcoming as plans depict a road centerline elevation between 342 to the south and 356 to the north within the flight path. Further, review may need to be based on proposed building heights (up to 60 feet in the CLI Zone) and not light poles. 3. Staff strongly recommends that any approval for this subdivision be contingent upon an agreement with not only the county but private property owners (lands of Pennock, Tax parcel #303.16-1-15) and National Grid for an easement to construct a connection to Queensbury Avenue. Any connection from this parcel should be planned to line-up with Please see number Stone Quarry Road located on the east side of Queensbury Avenue. 4 below. 4. Attached are the actions by the Warren County DPW committee concerning the Queensbury Avenue access road. While an agreement has been made between the applicant and the County, no road design has been presented for the board to consider.
