The applicant is requesting that the existing shed located at the northwest corner of the property remain as part of the project. The 75 square foot shed is original to the house (circa 1930) and is currently used by the applicant to provide storage of an irrigation pump and yard tools. The attached plan and data sheets have been revised to show the reduction of 75 sf of permeable area associated with the shed.
