RESOLUTION APPOINTING JUSTICE CLERKS AND
DEPUTY COURT CLERKS FOR 2022

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, in accordance with New York State Town Law §20, Subdivision 1(A) and New
York State Uniform Justice Court Act §109, the Town Board has the authority to appoint Town
Justice Court Clerks and Deputy Court Clerks,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Kerrie Lewis and Margaret
Quintal as Town Justice Court Clerks, Stephanie Mahoney as Clerk of the Court and Mariah
Townson as Deputy Court Clerk for 2022, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Justice Court to
notify the New York State Administrative Board of the Judicial Conference of these appointments.
